Why are you giving credence to DHS’s spin? There’s already plenty of video evidence that even if he did have one (which is disputable), he never took it out & the gun that was removed from the scrum was removed BEFORE the agent(s) fired. No excuses - for the agents or you.

Plus ICE/CBP has been here throwing tear gas for WEEKS! Plenty of time to hit the hardware store if you don’t already have a mask (as I do) for high-fume house projects.

What are you doing to ensure the victim, witnesses, scene & evidence are preserved so an actual investigation can be done by the BCA?

That’s the bare minimum I expect of my senators & reps! ICE & CBP need to be demolished root & branch. For that matter, DHS was a bad idea from the start & has only gotten worse. We need those functions covered, but I no longer have any confidence that “reform” would be any meaningful improvement.

ICE & CBP need to be demolished, root and branch. Honestly, DHS was a bad idea at the time, and it’s probably trredeemable by now, as well. We do need those functions covered, but I no longer have any confidence that any degree of “ reform” will be meaningful.
