i get that. being able to drive wherever you want whenever you want does make life a lot easier. i mean, i live in the city and i wouldn’t really need a car but it’s so convenient and unfortunately even cheaper than public transit in a lot of cases. i think the only solution is moving to germany 🤭

ok that’s crazy, though. like maybe if they wanted you to do the exam again, i’d say that might be reasonable. but re-taking driver’s training is ridiculous in this case 😭 i’m so sorry, that’s incredibly annoying.

that’s so true hahaha we do love our rules and regulations here. but they just took my american license, handed me a german one and sent me on my way. and lord knows i was NOT ready to drive on the autobahn (or any german street really) back then 💀
