The annual rent increase for rent-stabilized apartments will now be between 1% and 4%, depending on inflation. That’s down from current caps of 3% to 8% and as much as 10% if the landlord pays for utilities. The additional utilities increase has been eliminated.

Even with California's Vote By Mail System, There's a Huge Voter Turnout at the Van Nuys Polling Place I was Poll Monitoring for the California Democratic Party. Needed to make sure there was no Trump/ICE/DOD shenanigans. There weren't any.
