Lifelong follower of NH racing & Spurs. Had a small share in retired chaser Wilde Blue Yonder with Alan King.
Now reading Tel has replaced Solanke in the CL squad. Possibly the most serious minor thing any player has experienced. Half expected Sky to announce Maddison has joined them full time after last night as he’s had to retire from the game 🤣

Looking forward to Madders first game back when he passes the ball forward three times and is hauled off by Frank after 10 minutes to teach him a lesson

I tend to agree Neil but if he stopped saying “it’s nothing and he’ll be back soon” and instead said “can’t go into details but it could be Xmas or beyond” that would be far more acceptable

One of my frustrations with Frank is his nonchalance with the fans when it comes to injuries. He just doesn’t give an honest answer as if we have no right to know and whilst I accept he doesn’t want to spill news to the opposition it just feels so us and them

It’s amazing the number of people I know who feel similar. Was offered a game of snooker last night which I always turn down if Spurs are playing but went to snooker yesterday. Just no enjoyment for me in how we are playing. Tbf though was in for last half hour snd looked like we were playing ok.

We lose again but Frank tells the press and fans it was a good performance because he keeps forgetting he’s not managing Brentford anymore

Can only be that we’ve got a game Tuesday night that he hasn’t gone today can’t it.

Well I’m enjoying watching us challenge in four, I mean three competitions.

Was thinking this morning coming round to the thought Frank was an inspired choice as manager. He is really good at keeping teams up and that’s what we’ll need when we’re in the relegation zone come Xmas

Presumed the Wolves manager got sacked cos he only got a point when they came to us 😉
November 25, 2025 at 12:07 AM
That is a very worrying thought. Be playing in front of 200 people at home by then 🤣
November 23, 2025 at 7:46 PM
Presumably to have a chance to manage in the Premier League but we do appear to be a poison chalice for managers
November 23, 2025 at 7:45 PM
I don’t pretend to have knowledge of European managers but must be someone out there with a vision on how to play football outside of “ try to get a throw in in the opposition half”
November 23, 2025 at 7:37 PM
Won’t be attracting any top names this summer with no Europe and two bottom half finishes in a row. If we get rid of Frank quickly enough the season could be salvaged but not a clue who we could get
November 23, 2025 at 7:29 PM
Exactly that.
November 23, 2025 at 7:28 PM
Quite numbing really that if we’d pushed harder quicker we could have got Eze over the line
November 23, 2025 at 7:24 PM
Was thinking exactly that. If you sack Frank and entrust the majority of the same people to appoint his replacement, when he was so clearly unfit for purpose, is a big concern
November 23, 2025 at 6:49 PM
If an average Arsenal team can just walk through us imagine what PSG might do to us in the week
November 23, 2025 at 5:36 PM
Such a small team mentality Frank is building
November 23, 2025 at 5:14 PM
Hope you’re feeling more comfortable soon
November 8, 2025 at 4:58 PM
Pretty certain it says in the Spurs supporters manual not to have sharp objects near to hand immediately after a game
November 8, 2025 at 4:45 PM
Yeah think it might have had a similar conversation a couple of weeks back. I am hoping his movement down the lines will stretch defences and make space for others but I can understand very much where you are coming from
