I like to write a report that is both useful to the editor, while not sounding spiteful to the authors. However, I also hate to put too much work in, as the senior authors on the manuscript should given this work due diligence themselves. HELP PLEASE (especially if there is an editor out there).

Just be aware: out of the firepan ..... Although some countries have it worse, a very large portion of the Dutch population happily votes for extreme right and fascist politicians. We are also struggling with severe discrimination at all levels of society. nltimes.nl/2025/03/21/m...

I used a paper from the same Nature issue (if i remember correctly) on the structure of the LPS transporter, bound to zosurabalpin, as main source for my MSc exam on cell membranes.
