I hope someone asks Bradley if second strikes on survivors clinging to a side of the capsized boat posed such a significant risk that killing them with a second missile was warranted, and ask for legal justification.

So what missiles are they using that are leaving a boat this size in usable shape? How is that boat flippable and a risk to further use or escape. None of this makes sense in the defense of these actions.
