This is one of my first celestial photos. March 16, 2025.
I used a cell phone and a borrowed $100 telescope. I've taken a million pictures but never looked up.

A friend was having trouble finding the moon with his telescope and asked me to try. I set it up in my backyard, but it was cloudy. My phone's night mode captured the clouds well. After adjusting settings, the image improved. However, the unstable tripod and heavy clouds hindered the view.

I built a box to hold my phone in front of the oscilloscope, keeping the camera steady and centered. This picture shows a 27 MHz 100-watt signal used to compress crystals, with a secondary oscillation of 66.6 kHz.

We frequently receive old laser components for repair. I utilize this laser in our shop as a testbed for various sub-systems. I'll be posting more of the other lasers at some time.
