If you have never seen “the secret of the River” on Netflix, this is a beautiful 8 episode series. It’s so beautiful. It’s a must. Hubby and I binged watched 5 of them last night. I’m tempted to cancel my stuff today to watch the rest. It’s that good.

In a conversation with friends over dinner last night, we went around to share what we wish for 2025. Mine was for people to engage in more constructive dialogues. How do we do this? Any ideas?

@nancymace, if she is even on here? focus on gender neutral bathrooms? Did it ever occur to you that transwomen might feel just as uncomfortable? I hear your discomfort, but if you truly care about helping people-focus on what can help vs what causes more divide. Be better. Do better.

If you were asked to bring a gift that brings you joy ($30 price range), what would you bring? I love books, so I’d bring a book mark, favorite book (regifted) and a $25 gift card to a local book store.
