Day 8 was red leicester cheese!
This one was also a “hard” cheese consistency wise which we loved! Sharp but not too overpowering. Alex said it was mouse cheese lol, he means it as a compliment.

Day 7 was cheddar with caramelized onions!
This is what I get for saying they all had the same consistency lol, this one is long and hard/crumbly (all the others have been soft). LOVE, super oniony and the consistency reminds me of parmesan. Best one yet I think.

Day 6 was mimolette!
I was excited for this one, sadly all the aldi cheeses have the same texture and this is not a true mimolette but it was tasty and had a similar flavor!

Here are the last ones! I love having the lil photo boxes but the background is a graphic anyways so why have them in specific locations? (For example the berk one is right at the main photo spot and gets in the way of other photos and traffic all that and you dont even get the real view)
