Last night had a lovely cab ride with a man recently new to Canada. He enthusiastically told us about his summer drive across the country from ONT to BC. His energy was eclectic, his love for the land addictive. Next year he goes east!

What I'm wondering about is who will actually be doing the re-hiring in the U.S, and how did they get picked? Will their standards be transparent? Will they ask the same questions to everyone? How will they guarantee their unconscious bias doesn't ring through?
