No not currently, but as anti-stealth tech grows then the cost effectiveness will pay dividends as it will more or less come down to what missiles they use.

Well he just solidified resistance in South America. Also with all the time he's threatened war he's actually put his troops at great risk of casualties as they have given Venezuela time to prepare defences.
