What is holothere?

i know i dont talk about it a lot but if i talked about my grief every time it hit i would never shut up. hyde's passing + another traumatic event that happened shortly after all culminated in a PTSD diagnosis that ive been fighting with for over a year. and of course DID and me becoming host lol
