#atProto privacy clarification: so say you built a tinder-clone on ATProcol. I wouldn't want my messages and swipe behavior just public in my PDS. How would that work? Frankly, even DMs. How would DMs work on atProtocol?

Re-reading the post, realized I'm talking about 'my' car...I hope not! I Want a world where you really truly don't need one. And if you have one insurance is almost nothing because they almost never crash. So less car insurance commercials, too.

No Seat Belts.
Wouldn't it be cool if we got to a place where driving got safe and predictable enough that seat belts became a nice-to-have but marginal thing? Like if self-driving without a seat belt could still be order-of-magnitude safer than today with seat belt.

If you're feeling brave, reader, and would be okay with me BLOCKING you please say so. I want to test that I can remove a comment. I think if I block someone, the block-action lives in my data repo so when my blog grabs comments in the thread it won't grab that one?

1: I am really liking Omarchy. But this isn't even a real blog post, it was just me ensuring my gitub auth stuff & personal blog setup are working on the new OS setup.

2: Testing adding bluesky comments to my blog. I believe if you make a comment on this blue-sky-tweet it will show up, try it!
