Just like the Beltline, there are days when Charlotte's rail trail is busy, and days when the trail is more quiet.
That's just the ebb and flow of life. Yes, even in a city smaller than Atlanta, that's still figured out how to build modern, high quality rail transit.

To be clear, Utrecht HAS streetcars / trams / light rail.
It even has them running directly adjacent to cycle ways.
This is what Beltline Transit should be... so why is BAT pretending that this doesn't exist?
