The best thing that you can do when you’re worried about something you have no control over it understand that it’s normal to worry and it’s normal to have stress and anxiety, but because you have no control over the scenario or what the other person is going to do you just have to do your best

Last year was a heck of a year I wondered how much more could I take in life right now these last few years but the pressure was dope. It allowed me to cook the most interesting stew and a taste of it is an aroma that feels my soul and my spirit with hope for what it’s going to come.
