Honestly, it's wild that the thoughts sometimes come from nowhere yet dictate what the rest of your week is gunna be like 😭
Ye I have it as well and ended up needing meds to function again. Off them now, but I'm definitely better at managing it again! GL to you to, understanding it helps so much!

I feel you, OCD sucks to have 🫂 especially because it's so poorly understood, so seeking help and finding resources for it isn’t any easy either. Am glad you found a good resource for it!
