In that case, I’d come up with really possible yet unlikely scenarios and have a laugh. Like, maybe they sneezed while looking at your profile and now they’re wondering why they can’t see your posts.

Well, my short answer is that people are weird and won't always act logically or consistently, plus they can always change their minds. Sometimes it's hard not to overthink, but it'll be better to just let it slide :/
