The logical conclusion of “profit over all” is that eventually democracy becomes a barrier to maximizing returns.

So much of the country is brainwashed to thinking unbridled capitalism is the only way forward… and that we’ll somehow survive without putting humanity first.

I’ve received many notes of support since pausing the campaign pointing to ways to make it into something greater.

Thank you.

The campaign was a reminder how much I value privacy, but also that I can be an effective change agent if I step out from my usual behind the scenes roles.

Then claim the reaction is insurrection to justify even more authoritarian action.

The regime is using state-sanctioned violence to create a crisis.

There is no justification for violence by anyone.

I fully agree with Omar’s take.

My empathy extends to his family. But speaking as a member of the LGBTQ community, his legacy for me also was one of bigotry and division.

(And spend five minutes watching the guy and you see how he conflated unrelated points into disingenuous conclusions.)
