I moved here in the early 80s and worked in the courts when there were about 1,500 homicides per year. My coworker worried about me walking on Chambers St. late at night.

I haven't been to every department store in the world and the UK department stores were great when I was in them, which was a while ago. However, I think Field's is the best store to have every existed. It was a great place for a little kid to learn about real quality.
