you left out Rubio. Judge Young clearly indicated that Rubio and Noem both violated non-citizens' constitutional rights and the remedy was obvious (but unlikely to happen)

not only on the Biden admin's proposed rule but also on the 2019 rule. 60 day comment period. 163,000 individuals, 95,000 comments. www.regulations.gov/docket/FWS-H... So, tell the Trump FWS to 1. extend the comment period and 2. review all the comments submitted for the Biden proposed rule 2/3

May I suggest a quick way to comment on at least one of the four ESA NPRMs? www.regulations.gov/document/FWS... This one basically seeks to restore Trump 1.0's 2019 rule which the Biden administration modified in its 2024 rule. The NPRM leading to the 2024 rule requested comments 1/3

if you haven't already done so, leave comments on Regulations.gov on the administration's proposed changes to rules concerning the endangered species act. Comment periods for four NPRMs close Monday Dec 22. (I've been procrastinating).

If nothing else, comment to ask for more time to comment. Proposed rule was posted November 13. One month including the Thanksgiving holiday is not adequate time for comment

Four proposed rules, will be available for comment 30 days starting 11/21/25. Their usual stunt - short comment period over major holiday. I recently found out they did this during the first Trump administration too.

There are a couple of zero-premium policies available to me but I'm deeply suspicious of them. Maybe I shouldn't be?

Unfortunately the insurance companies that peddle "Advantage" plans have their hooks into half of all Medicare recipients. My part D premiums will almost triple next year if I stay with my current company. Which I've only been with a year because previous company dropped part D plans

we got one-time rebates instead of tax cuts because the Dems in the VA legislature were concerned about things going downhill in the future.

she didn't forget FEMA; she's acting as if it no longer exists, because -- and I just cannot fathom why -- those in power want to delete it.
