In 1963, Norman Rockwell left The Saturday Evening Post after 50 years. Due to the hate mail this cover received, the Post editors had told him, basically, no more like this. Rockwell, their most beloved illustrator, walked. Look Magazine welcomed him with open arms. #Art #racism #illustration
