Human curation is so valuable! And tech can enable it to a certain extent - Letterboxd lists, or my group chat where we all talk about what we’re reading. But I miss the “employee picks” shelf at the video store.

My spouse did have a change in his insurance for November which I assume is what triggered this new bill but like... we did not enroll him in MassHealth? He seems to have been enrolled automatically when that change happened and idk why

I talked to someone who said they are "working on it" and that I should call back in 2 weeks to see if they've fixed it. Then I asked why we were getting the bill in the first place and they said they'd need to transfer me to the eligibility department. Instead of transferring me they just hung up.

glad it's a slow day at work bc there's no way to handle this online so I get to sit on hold to see if someone can help me over the phone
