And the sequel: Everything you want to watch you want to actually pay attention to but you're not in the headspace to really pay attention so you just don't watch anything 'too cool' bc you're not in the right place to enjoy it yet.

Definitely a noble goal! Although if you want your personal social media to just be a collection of things you like and care about, that's fine. Not everything we do needs to provide value to others, things can just be for our own joy. That's valuable in and of itself.

<< eg, a game I'm playing right now has romance options where I just REALLY don't like the guys. But I want to see all of the routes. So instead of forcing myself through, I re-contextualize the experience as very tame darkfic, and now it's not trying to enjoy bad romance it's exploring dark topics.
