It really depends on the book for me, same with motorcycle club romance. They can run from gray to dark in my opinion. But I read a lot in both those categories.

I didn’t dnf books until I had a baby. Now my reading time is so precious and limited that I’m not wasting it on a bad book. But it’s still hard to do!

I finished last night and it’s amazing. If I hadn’t already made Tyghan and The Courting of Bristol Keats my current obsession then I would choose this too!

What started my love of fantasy was Anne McCaffreys Dragon Riders of Pern. I refuse to go back and reread though because it’s been 25 years and I don’t want to know if they aren’t as good as I remember! 💙📚

This book was amazing! I was not expecting all the feels and it has now set a “cozy why choose” standard for me.
