What's going on with women's centres... ? lets start a conversation please. would love to hear from other countries to about similar developments
We need to talk about women’s centres
‘Women’s centres should not be part of the criminal justice system.’ 'The idea that if something is painted pink and has the tagline of ‘empowering women’ then it is helping women, is not only harmful but is simplistic and dangerous.' So says Dr Gemma Ahearne from the University of Liverpool in her blog  The Problem with Women’s Centres…

After organising the Pan-London Forensic teaching for several years, feels very strange to not be there! What a fantastic programme. I’m a little envious.
Had a great time at the Pan-London Forensic Psychiatry Trainee Conference today!

This is your annual reminder to go to the Koestler Exhibition at the Southbank Centre. As always, it is infused with beauty, wit, and sorrow in equal measure.

RIP to the most excellent of buns. 13.5 years of age (late 90s in bunny years), with each one filled with chaos. JP, you will be so deeply missed.

When I was a medical student I was taught about schizophrenia using the art of Bryan Charnley. Seeing Indecision in the new @bethlemmuseum.bsky.social exhibition was a delight. Art offers us so much in unpacking the human condition and this museum remains an excellent (free) space to explore!
