Today is 1 year since the passing of my handsome, loving, funny, spunky, entertaining companion animal. Still miss him.💓

A man in a neighbor's apartment was abusing his dog this morning. Police were called, but I'm sad to report the man was allowed to take the dog with him when leaving. I'm very concerned re. the animals welfare. Animal abuse is illegal. Why wasn't the animal taken away to safety?!
