What counts as Southern Maryland for this forecast? I'm in Clinton, and there's plenty of Maryland further south but maybe not a ton that's considered DC Metro.

I dropped off this season of the Amazing Race for the first time in *many* years. Couldn't bring myself to care about a single team, plus knowing they were sticking to Europe only seemed so limiting.

Great timing! A doc recently advised me to increase my Vitamin D and I've been comparing supplement options. Many come combined with Vitamin K2, and it looks like there are theoretical benefits to taking D & K2 in combination, but evidence is lacking. Am I reading that right?

I tried growing potatoes this year, and ultimately got about half a serving of the tiniest red potatoes that have ever existed. Fun, yes! Subsistence -- are you kidding?
