Especially since I just came off of a semester of reading Kant, Nagarjuna, and Wittgenstein, it’s so reassuring to read Parenti’s work and remind myself that I actually *enjoy* reading.

Definitely a great read, even though I’m familiar with many of the points Parenti is making in it. I do wish it was a *little* longer since Parenti’s style is very engrossing and he backs all of his arguments with clarity.
