Luckily the support ticket had been updated with a new tacking number. Label created the 19th. UPS even sent emails yesterday telling me a signature would be required and what time to expect it today. Then today said it would need to be rescheduled because they haven't received it from samsung yet.

My phone definitely got to the repair place with the wrong zipcode. Will it make it back? Who knows.
