Yeah there's a built-in stainless hole saw in it. It cuts and pushes the piece all the way down to the opposite side of the handle. Seems like it's been taken off the amazon store. I bet for a good reason.

That's a new one... It's not a saddle valve, but is still illegal in Massachusetts for me to install. I also don't trust their seal method.
