If he is an attorney (which he is) he can not hand over his phone because it will identify his clients. He identified himself as an attorney and it should be conversation over not 5 hours of harassment.

He is an immigration attorney and they are being targeted. Three other immigration attorneys received letters this week advising them they had 7 days to self deport even tho they are US citizens. Another government mistake? Seems to be happening often.

Make them pay all the fees (poll taxes) for new identification. Will combination of birth certificate and marriage license showing husband's name be accepted for re-registering to vote? Don't see such a suggestion. Many don't have the $160 for a passport.
