Decided to woman up and just use the baking soda/water paste method. It kind of worked??? But I tested it and it made a weird smell again 😭

The Internet says to use a baking soda and water paste but that’s for the bottom of the oven. I’m very hesitant to use water BELOW the bottom panel, where the thing that makes the oven heat up is

Tried a handheld vacuum cleaner and it didn’t work, it’s really caked on there. Brand is Accubake Whirlpool. Model number is WFG361LVD if that helps
