I had this realization that I need to be less critical about a specific thing….i need to actually be more compassionate about it bc although someone’s behavior can be shaped by that and that’s how I respond…doesn’t mean I can improve how I’m saying it. I need to do better.

For Black Friday, I’ve made a list of what I can get, choosing my top stores, and budgeting so I am prepared and can limit buying on impulse. One of the best things I’ve implemented with shopping alone. I always have to refer to my list before purchasing. W

I told my aunt that I wonder if they think I’m vulnerable (confused what about me would give that) or if they just have the nerve. It has been 4 in the last few days. I’m about to throw up typing this out.

There’s an influx of much older men approaching me lately, and it is ironic that they try to use working out as way to connect when I know they’re closer to death than either of us knows.
I’m not into at all and it feels insulting.
