we are very fragile, our bodies that we can control are very fragile and age out overtime. i think in this day and age everyone is scared of where the world is heading because of billionaires. it's best to focus on caring for others and acknowledging flaws

acknowledging that we hurt people, and that people hurt us. that's when we can recognize that nobody is perfect and that we can grow simultaneously.

even if I lash out or act out of fear and stress. even if my experiences are true and being twisted, I still have the ability for hurting others and I can acknowledge that change should be important to me.
