What I am trying to mention here is that hijab is designed to oppress women and does an outstanding job in that in Muslim societies, you can’t look at it as fashion choice outside the context. Which is living in Canada or the US.

Family can move with you and good luck in a religious family living your free life. Hear this from someone who lived under a theocracy and observed few things.

That’s easy to say when you never lived in a Muslim society. Talking from the experience this is not a “choice” when you lose all of your community support and respect if you choose not to wear hijab.
