During the cost-of-living crisis, single parents were much more likely to need to borrow money than others.

In 2023-24, two-thirds of single parents with three or more children who were in receipt of means-tested benefits (like Universal Credit) borrowed money to help pay for things.

The Portman Group claims including cancer warnings on labels would cause "unnecessary anxiety" among people.

However, only 13% of Brits know alcohol causes cancer.
