That's what I heard! I wasn't originally planning on using the official inktober anyway, because I don't have the stamina to do one every day so I was thinking of looking for a weekly challenge instead.

There's something about daily prompts/challenges that turn joy into jobs that make it hard to continue. The houndstooth pun is clever though. I like it

I've heard about all the stuff around Nanowrimo, but I wasn't aware of the issues around inktober. My plan was already to find some weekly art prompt, not anything official, so that works out! I don't have the commitment for daily drawing.

Not really sure. I haven't done much drawing in years. Normally just some little pen or pencil sketches here and there
