Since there's been some dimiashe across my feed lately, I can post some for the wip weds I keep missing.
snippet of text from current dimiashe draft: "But I'm a commoner, and your knight, and you're my king, and—" Dimitri kisses him again, forcing him to swallow the words back down. A hand traces over his jaw, draws him up on his toes for their lips to linger. For Dimitri to kiss him quiet. "And I have loved you for longer than I have been a king. Far longer." Dimitri whispers against his lips, "I don't care about anything else. Nothing else, other than if you would stay beside me. If…I could make you happy. If we could walk together, if I could share my life with you. Then, I require nothing else." He laughs, because he doesn't know what else to do. He laughs, and buries his face in Dimitri's shoulder, giggling almost uncontrollably. With the sun glowing through the windows, Dimitri's eyes wide and full of emotion—shock, and something else Ashe can't believe he never saw before—he runs a hand through golden, cowlicked locks, Ashe kisses his king. Presses their foreheads together, and while his cheeks already start to ache from the wide smile he's not sure will ever end, he swears to Dimitri a devotion that has nothing to do with knighthood."
