They’re enforcing 5-yr-old license rules to target Cursor and Windsurf. MS built cred with TypeScript and VS Code, but if you play open-source nice, folks might fork you and compete. Yeah, they’ve got a legal angle, but out-innovating the others would be the better move.

Since I don't use multiple accounts, this change makes sense for me now, but adding an option, to go to the profile, there would be nice.
