I agree, Jim - but there’s clearly something pretty attractive about this small patch of land to incoming migrants. People were baffled by Hawfinches choosing it as their winter haunt last winter - and having not watched it an awful lot I’ve pulled up Common and Black Redstarts too. Worth a look.
