My grandson just got offered health insurance through his job for the first time and I suggested he just do the lowest tier. He was like, nope, I can’t afford that! 😞

My son in law does the cash pay and normally pays about the same as most copays. Now, that is just in office. They often give samples on meds or he uses goodrx. Hopefully nothing serious happens because I can’t imagine the no insurance cost for urgent care/ER/hospital stay 😩
