When I'm suffering for whatever reason, I give. It can take any form. My thoughts, a helping hand, just being kind ( especially to someone who might be supporting the current suffering) it immediately takes the attention away from my feelings and puts the energy out into the world.

The democrats never do a good job of explaining why. Because they have consultants in one ear and pollsters in the other. Bernie can explain it as easily as falling off a log. Because he is his own man and it's simple to him. Does it harm the working people or line the pockets of the rich.

It's absolutely soulless.

This is exactly what we need. They have to be called out on this every time. We need to be disruptive.

Now all we need is spring!:)
