To be clear, REPUBLICANS are enabling this and not contesting ANY of it. Musk is the convenient unelected fault target to take heat off of Congressional leaders who are playing dumb. The judicial system can't tackle this volume of law breaking, so it's up to the Rs step in. And. They. Aren't.
