Exciting news from Woodberry Wetlands!

Earlier this week a pair of avocets were spotted wading in the shallows of the reservoir - a first for the wetlands

The only other sighting we've had before this was a brief flyover - nearly 10 years ago!

Today, our CEO David Mooney joined a roundtable at Walthamstow Wetlands to discuss restoring and protecting London’s waterways.

We’re committing £800K over 2 years for river and nature recovery, working with communities and the Mayor to deliver real change.
