i am DOING what they ask. i am making improvements to current designs or creating mock ups/drafts from scratch. however when i present PROFESSIONAL WORK the staff decides they dont like it, makes their own, then they then ask me to tweak. STOP ASKING ME TO MAKE THINGS IF YOU'RE JUST GONNA DISREGARD
