2/2 #Feedback example: what was expected (this was due at 10:00 Tuesday) + what you observed (‘you gave I to me at noon’) + impact (‘we submitted it late so we didn’t receive funding’) + next steps (‘give me a heads-up at least 24 hours before the deadlines so we can help’)

1/2 For better #feedback use this formula: expectation + observation + impact + next steps. Remove your judgement about the person (’you’re a procrastinator’), or assumptions about their intention (’you avoid things that are difficult’).
And it’s not about pointing out the gaps.

Waiting until we know exactly what to do doesn’t create change. Have a desire for something better and just start. Clarity comes from action not the other way around.

#ImposterSyndrome lives internally (even though it’s fear of external judgement).

Focus on a #purpose bigger than you (speak up in a meeting to get a better #decision; share your #vision for the #future).

Don’t let #fear hold back your #wisdom from others. #leadership #leaders

'What does success look like?' Anyone who has worked with me knows this is my favourite question.

Ask yourself this to paint the picture of what you want in the best case scenario (for a project, your career, the world) and what you want to create. Envisioning it is your first step.

A true changemaker embodies kindness, authenticity, and the courage to show vulnerability. These aren't signs of weakness but indicators of strength and resilience.
It's through these traits we drive real, lasting change.

Self-awareness is more than self-knowledge.
It's the first step towards understanding what draws others to you and what limits you to leverage your strengths.

As we carve our individual path to success, remember: everyone's journey is unique, everyone's success looks different. Success isn't one-size-fits-all. And it doesn’t have to be monumental. It can include things like: having 3 good friends, or supporting a struggling teen, or finding joy in nature.

Remember, it's the small, consistent steps that lead to big change. Striving for 100% perfection can lead to burnout. Instead, focus on doing better than your other choices would be. It's not about perfection, it's about progress.

Change is often born out of discomfort. If you see something you don't like, that's your opportunity to be the catalyst for transformation.
