I wasn’t mean or anything but I was clearly so mad the support agent wasn’t willing to fuck with me and just caved in after a minute (they initially said no) since then any time I call I’ll hear a manager shouting “give him whatever he asks for!” Yay for having an intimidating voice?

I’m on Rogers and let’s just say I’m notorious with their customer support team. One day they lost connection in my area for 48 hours and I couldn’t get work done so I said they’d best make my internet free for three months as that was the revenue I lost because of their crap.
