@adapalmer.bsky.social Today before work I picked up my copy of INVENTING THE RENAISSANCE, rode to this high point above Wellington, and lay in the shade for a while. I had time to read the contents. It was like reading the outline of a sparkling new postgrad course. Perfect start to my day.
