Said my final goodbyes to one of my childhood besties yesterday. She had a great send off & turn out.
Cystic fibrosis has a lot to answer for, however I wouldn't have met her if we didn't have it.

Had a hoot at Cheshire falconry.
(Had to use my Christmas present voucher up before it ran out, not usually a place I'd choose to go to however, I was assured the birds are happy and the environment did seem the best it could possibly be tbh).

Didn't get to sleep until around 5 because I had a "gathering" at mine, ended up being the only sober one obviously.
Still managed to cook a full blown roast with cauliflower cheese, honey roasted carrots, homemade Yorkshire puds & all the trimmings.
