It still unnerves me that the political party that portrayed themselves, and still does, as the party of Jesus Christ isn't furious or outraged by our current Commander and Chief not placing his hand on the Bible during his swearing in ceremony.

It looks like Bluesky isn’t going to be that substitute for Twitter after all since people still use Twitter regardless of it becoming a right wing shithole where right wingers fight it out to the death.

I wonder if there is going to be a new platform that replaces TikTok. I’d imagine all they have to do is publish the app under a different name and different company name. A proxy so to speak.

I think I have to accept that at some point in my life, the near or distant future, I'm going to end up alone without anyone. Everyone who I care about will rightfully move on to better things. Maybe this is a consequence for not prioritizing myself first.

Romantic Killer annoys me because you just know that shit is going to end badly once Anzu falls in love with one of them. It’s very difficult to pick a ship here that I just want to see all of them in a damn polyamorous relationship since all ties, including suitor/suitor, are genuine.

It always fascinates me how there are anime where a main problem is Japan’s decreasing birth rates like that’s not an easily fixable thing. The answer is your work culture! You expect your citizens to work 10-12 hour days and have energy to make babies. America really has done a number on you.

Fern is already proving to be a sort of badass. She feels like everything that the writers tried to do with Rey but failed. She also has that nostalgic "girl power; princess power hour" vibe too. You could also add in a little Turanga Leela. Let's watch her career with great interest.
